Nectar Espresso Bar + Cafe strive to bring you the best Food, Coffee, Beer, and Wine in the Dunedin exchange area.

Angela Bates and Steven Calvert have combined experience of over 20 years in the hospitality industry. When deciding to open a business together they sought to create a unique cafe experience not already offered in Dunedin.

At Nectar you can be assured you will enjoy the best quality coffee roasted in New Zealand while relaxing in Nectars' warm and welcoming environment. Our Baristas are passionate about coffee and take pride in producing excellent espresso. We offer an excellent Beer and Wine List, including some of the finest Craft Breweries and Wineries in the country . You will also enjoy top quality food prepared by talented chefs, with a high emphasis on having the highest quality products available. We firmly believe that this philosophy creates the delicious dishes and beverages that we serve. We make all our own chutneys, relishes, sauces and jams. At Nectar we use only free range eggs and meats, and strive to source as much of our produce as we can locally.
